Required packages (RPMs)
A default installation of a supported Linux OS (above) will provide all that is required on the head node except TORQUE, which is available from the Terra Soft public mirrors. Please note that Python GTK and X11 must be installed for the Y-HPC graphical installer and graphical interface to function.


Upgrade from Y-HPC v2.0 to v2.0.1
There is a known bug with upgrading from Y-HPC v2.0 to v2.0.1 where the configuration file gets deleted.
WARNING: This causes the deletion of all Template, Image, and Node information. To maintin your current Template, Image, and Node information, archive (back-up) /var/lib/yhpc/yhpc.xml to a safe place BEFORE upgrading to the new version of Y-HPC. This issue will be fixed with the next dot release of Y-HPC.
