3. Release to the public mirrors -- Monday, March 3, 2008. Please note that while YDL is made available to the mirrors on this day, each mirror has its own update schedule, some syncing data every hour, others every few days. Terra Soft has no control over the speed at which YDL propogates to the public mirrors.
