Nearly gave up on Macs ...

I bought a G4 when all the hype about mac OS X came out, I figured that 'hey its gotten better'. I was frustrated when I found out that it had no real Apps and the Apps that came out later I had to spend an arm and a leg to buy them. I was so disgusted I put the thing up in my closet and left it there to collect dust ... two days ago I got OS X 10.2 I heard it had gotten better put it on and was even more disgusted with all the new useless Apps Apple bundles with it. I threw the CD away and went back to windows XP.

I then came across your product this morning was bored and figured I got a couple of hours so what the heck. Downloaded it ... took about 2 hours to download and the ISO image burned on my PC CDRW without a problem. I figured it wasnt going to work, I kept saying to myself, 'its not going to work, its not going to work and this machine is going to eat a bullet.'

I found your distro to install easier than any PC version of Linux I have ever tried. Not only that sound is supported out of box as well as video. I have played with the thing all day and this is the only thing I can see anyone would buy a Mac for. I love YDL and when it comes time to buy a new server I will buy it from you. I see you guys sell Apple PCs with YDL preinstalled. I still use my PC for productivity but I think YDL will take its place really soon.

Thank you for giving me something besides seizure causing throbbing blue buttons and grey lines. I wanted a system with substance and I got it. Your team did a good job --Kane Garrette
